Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in waterproofing and civil construction projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, project planning, client and subcontractor coordination, and material management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise waterproofing application and site execution.
Prepare work schedules, manpower plans, and material requirements.
Handle client billing, RA bills, BOQ, JMR, and final bills.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Maintain DPRs, progress reports, and site documentation.
Monitor project quality, costs, timelines, and material consumption.
Ensure compliance with site safety standards and quality procedures.
