We are looking for a Risk and Opportunity Analyst to join our Pulp, Energy and Circularity (PEC) Business Area. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to make a real impact by helping us understand and manage risks—and uncover untapped potential.

As a Risk And Opportunity Analyst, You Will

• Support the development and implementation of risk and opportunity practices in capital and sales projects
• Facilitate risk reviews and cost uncertainty analyses to support project teams
• Analyze realized risks and missed opportunities to identify root causes and improvement areas
• Collaborate across departments to promote continuous improvement and share learnings
• Provide expertise, training, facilitation, and tools to strengthen risk and opportunity management practices
• Bring forward your insights and challenge assumptions

We are looking for a self-driven professional with a strong can do attitude and a passion for understanding the why behind outcomes. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with risk management processes and tools
• A proactive mindset and the courage to speak up and share your views
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into actionable insights
• Good understanding of PEC business processes
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong collaboration and networking skills in a matrix organization
• A systematic and results-oriented way of working
• Fluent communication skills in English, written and spoken
