Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer Civil for a Data Center Project in Navi Mumbai. The candidate should have strong experience in civil and structural execution, site management, contractor coordination, quality control, safety compliance and coordination with MEP services for large-scale construction projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day civil and structural construction activities at site.
• Review GFC drawings, structural drawings, architectural drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Supervise excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, waterproofing and finishing works.
• Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, BMS, ELV and other MEP teams.
• Identify and resolve civil-MEP interface and site coordination issues.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals and inspection requests.
• Monitor contractors and subcontractors for quality, safety, manpower and progress.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure closure of observations, NCRs and punch points.
• Monitor daily and weekly progress against approved construction schedules.
• Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, safety, design and procurement teams.
• Verify quantities and support contractor billing and measurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with project EHS and QA/QC requirements.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover-related civil activities.
• Maintain inspection records, progress reports, as-built drawings and project documentation.

Required Candidate Profile

• 12-15 years of experience in civil construction and project execution.
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in Data Center / Mission-Critical / Industrial / Large Commercial projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural, architectural and finishing works.
• Good understanding of MEP coordination and civil-MEP interfaces.
• Experience in contractor and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read civil, structural, architectural and coordinated MEP drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and site safety requirements.
• Experience in quantity verification, billing support and progress monitoring.
• Good communication, coordination, documentation and problem-solving skills.
