Project Document Controller -Hydraulics

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and update internal engineering lists related to models, project documentation, and hydraulic databases.
• Verify model measurements and Hydraulic Database (HDB) entries for completeness, accuracy, and plausibility.
• Prepare and organise model documentation packages for internal and external use.
• • Review hydraulic contour drawings for completeness and basic technical correctness.
• • Maintain model documentation directories and ensure proper document version control.
• Support standardization and continuous improvement of model systematics and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with hydraulic project engineers and layout teams to ensure smooth data flow.
• Provide administrative and technical support for R&D documentation activities.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, records, and technical archives.
• Support global engineering teams through timely data management and coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Hydraulics, or related technical discipline.
• Experience in engineering documentation, layout support, or technical data management is preferred.
• Basic understanding of hydraulic engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools and engineering data management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to work in a structured and process environment
