Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Key Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) organizations.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership experience in construction project delivery and project governance.
• Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in commercial, institutional, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Bhubaneswar, Kanpur, Gwalior, and Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across the Delhi region.
• Supervise project managers and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ensure timely delivery within approved budgets and quality standards.
• Drive project planning, monitoring, governance, and reporting.
• Manage senior client relationships and project reviews.
• Support technical presentations and business development discussions.

Preferred Qualifications: NICMAR/PMP certification.
