Project Cybersecurity Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead cybersecurity architecture and design activities for industrial control systems, operational technology environments, and connected engineering projects.
• Perform cybersecurity risk, threat, and vulnerability assessments and translate findings into practical project security requirements.
• Define and oversee implementation of security controls covering network security, identity and access management, endpoint protection, privileged access, and cryptography.
• Ensure project cybersecurity activities align with IEC 62443 and relevant information security standards, customer requirements, and internal governance.
• Manage cybersecurity deliverables, quality, cost, schedule, risk reporting, technical documentation, and project stakeholder communication.

Skills Required:

• 7 - 10 years of professional experience in information technology, cybersecurity, industrial cybersecurity, or related engineering security roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in cybersecurity architecture, design, implementation, and security technology deployment.
• Practical expertise in ICS/OT security and application of IEC 62443 principles within industrial or engineering projects.
• Experience with cybersecurity risk analysis, threat and vulnerability assessment, recovery planning, compliance reporting, and security requirements definition.
• Working knowledge of network security, identity and access management, PKI and cryptography, endpoint security, privileged access management, and security protocols.

Good to Have:

• Experience with industrial automation systems and environments.

Education: B.E. or B.Tech in an engineering discipline such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Control and Instrumentation, or a related field.
