About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have experience in LV systems and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and schedules for all projects.
• Assist in preparation of project deliverables not limited to Material submittal, Datasheet, Cause and effect, Control philosophy, FAT/SAT Procedure, MIR/IR etc.
• Collaborate with project managers & team members to ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Act as a liaison between different project stakeholders, including internal team, vendors and clients.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure seamless collaboration & information flow.
• Coordinate allocation of resources, manpower, equipment & materials to support timely & efficient execution of projects.
• Work with project managers to address resource constraints and optimize resource utilization.
• Maintain accurate & up-to-date project documentation, project plans, progress reports & meeting minutes.
• Generate regular reports for PMs & other stakeholders to provide insights into project status & key performance indicators.
• Support implementation of quality control measures ensuring project team meets required standards & specification.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct inspections and audits as needed.
• Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures.
• Report budget variances and work with project managers to address financial issues promptly.
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Work with the project team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that projects adhere to all relevant safety, environmental, & regulatory standards within site.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and standards affecting the project execution.
• Engage with relevant authorities, security personnel & relevant stakeholders to coordinate project activities
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate the successful completion of projects.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during the course of projects.
• Work collaboratively with the project team to find practical solutions to challenges.
• Provide support for the training and development of project team members.
• Ensure team members are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination role within the LV, Electrical, or Industrial Automation industry.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
