Project Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor project activities related to HVAC, cold storage, and cold chain systems.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

- Monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

- Follow up on site activities, installation, and commissioning.

- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and daily updates.

- Identify project-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.

- Ensure effective communication between site teams and management.

- Track project progress and provide regular status updates.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination.

- Experience in *HVAC, cold storage, or cold chain projects* is required.

- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to manage project timelines and documentation.

- Willingness to join immediately or within 10 days.
