Project Associate -s Client Success

Experience: 2-4 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout their compliance journey.
• Understand client business requirements, scope, and technical dependencies.
• Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, platform walkthroughs, and client training.
• Manage client accounts, track engagement progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Auditors, and other stakeholders to resolve client issues and dependencies.
• Monitor SLAs, project milestones, pending actions, and deliverable timelines to ensure efficient execution.
• Maintain regular client communication, conduct follow-ups, and provide progress updates.
• Identify project blockers, escalate risks, and drive issues through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation, meeting minutes, action items, project trackers, and client records.
• Support clients throughout compliance assessments, evidence collection, audit readiness, and remediation activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience, engagement, and product adoption.

Required Skills

• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of project coordination, task tracking, and SLA management.
• Ability to explain technical concepts and product functionality to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities.
• Strong follow-up, escalation management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to conduct professional client meetings, presentations, and product walkthroughs.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Basic understanding of cloud environments, APIs, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience with client onboarding, product adoption, and implementation management.
• Familiarity with CRM and customer support tools.
