Project Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE

DynaTech Systems is looking for an organized and proactive ERP Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating ERP projects, managing project documentation, tracking deliverables, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, executing, and monitoring ERP implementation projects.
• Coordinate with functional consultants, technical teams, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth
  project execution.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Organize project meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and follow up on action items.
• Project Monitoring & Reporting
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, progress reports, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, risks, and dependencies.
• Escalate project-related concerns to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Support project managers in preparing weekly and monthly project status reports.
  

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as a coordination point between clients, project managers, functional consultants, and development teams.
• Schedule client meetings, requirement discussions, project reviews, and follow-up sessions.
• Ensure timely communication of project updates, deliverables, and pending action items.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are properly communicated.
  

ERP Implementation Support

• Support project activities across various phases, including requirement gathering, implementation, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to track implementation progress.
• Maintain project documentation, including requirement documents, issue logs, risk registers, and change requests.
• Follow up on testing activities, outstanding issues, and implementation deliverables.
  

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT project coordination, preferably involving ERP implementation projects.
• Familiarity with ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, or SAP.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ERP implementation Methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, documentation, multitasking, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience working with an ERP implementation partner or IT consulting organization.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with project resource planning, risk management, change management, and project reporting
