About the role
Cogneet runs brand, growth marketing, AI and software projects for clients in India and Canada. As Project Coordinator you keep those projects moving: you make sure everyone knows what is due, who is doing it and when, and that clients hear about progress before they have to ask.
You work from our Faridabad office, next to the strategists, designers, marketers and engineers who deliver the work, and you are the person who connects them with each other and with the client.
What you\'ll do
- Turn each agreed scope into a plan: tasks, owners, milestones and deadlines everyone can see.
- Run kick-offs, weekly check-ins and reviews, and send short written notes of what was decided.
- Keep the project board up to date and follow up on anything that slips, before it becomes a problem.
- Be the client\'s day-to-day contact for the projects you run: collect feedback, approvals and the material the team needs.
- Spot risks, changes in scope and blocked work early, and bring them to the project lead with options.
- Keep the paperwork in order: briefs, timelines, change requests and handover documents.
What you\'ll bring
- Two or more years coordinating or managing projects, ideally in a digital agency, a marketing team or a software company.
- A habit of following up: nothing you are tracking falls through the cracks.
- Clear spoken and written English you will write to clients and run meetings every week.
- Calm judgement when several projects compete for the same people and the same week.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and a project-management tool.
Nice to have
- Experience with Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello or a similar tool.
- Projects that mixed marketing and technology, such as a website launch with its campaign.
- A project-management course or certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2 or a Scrum course.
