Position: Project Coordinator
Location: SP Infocity, Fursungi, Pune
Experience: Freshers – 2 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Salary: 22,000 – 24,000 per month
Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to communicate with US-based clients via calls, emails and chats
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Email Handling
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Monthly shift rotation and rotational week-offs
• No fixed Saturday-Sunday off
• Self-transport required; no company cab facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Monitor project activities and work allocation
• Resolve project-related queries
• Ensure timely project deliverables
• Maintain accurate project records and shift handovers
• Ensure data confidentiality
