Job Title: Project Coordinator (Corporate)
Location: HO, Noida
Designation: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Coordinate project execution activities from the corporate office with project/site teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commercial, finance, quality, HSE, and other functions for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, KPIs, and overall progress against approved plans.
  • Consolidate site progress reports and prepare MIS, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
  • Maintain project trackers covering engineering, procurement, material dispatch, site execution, commissioning, and closure activities.
  • Follow up on pending actions, approvals, deliverables, risks, and critical project activities to ensure timely closure.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare MoMs, and track action items to completion.
  • Maintain project documentation including drawings, schedules, RFIs, approvals, inspection records, correspondence, and project reports.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and supply chain teams for timely drawings, materials, deliveries, and project requirements.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress monitoring.
  • Identify project delays, bottlenecks, risks, and deviations and escalate critical issues to the Project Manager / Management.
  • Assist in developing recovery plans and monitoring corrective actions for delayed activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders on project-related matters.
  • Support commissioning, handover, and project closure activities, including completion of required documentation.
  • Ensure proper document control, version management, and timely circulation of project communications and reports.
  • Perform other project coordination and execution activities as assigned by management.

Preferred candidate profile :

•B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3 - 8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Project Coordination, Project Execution, PMO, or Project Management Support, preferably in Renewable Energy / Solar EPC / Power / Infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of project execution, scheduling, documentation, progress tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MIS reporting, dashboards, and project tracking tools.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with corporate teams, project sites, clients, consultants, vendors, and internal functions.
• Ability to monitor project milestones, identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks, and ensure timely closure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project documentation, reporting, and record-management capabilities.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and result-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites occasionally, as required.
