Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities for Railway, Highway and Irrigation projects.
• Coordinate between Project Manager, site engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors and Head Office.
• Monitor daily project progress and prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports.
• Coordinate site activities as per project schedules and execution plans.
• Read and understand Civil/Structural drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare, modify and update AutoCAD drawings Mandatory Skill.
• Maintain project drawings, BOQs, work orders, measurement records and other technical documents.
• Coordinate with site teams regarding material requirements, manpower and project activities.
• Follow up with contractors and subcontractors regarding work progress and pending activities.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution and monitoring of project works.
• Track project targets, delays and pending activities and coordinate for timely completion.
• Maintain proper project documentation and correspondence.
• Coordinate with government departments, consultants and other project stakeholders whenever required.
• Prepare MIS and other reports as required by management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Railway / Highway / Irrigation.
• AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience in infrastructure and civil construction projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and project documentation.
• Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Telugu language knowledge is mandatory.
• Male candidates preferred for this site/project-based position.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering preferred.

Salary:

As per company norms, based on experience and current CTC.
