Project Coordinator

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Centre Coordinator performs following duties:

People Management

• Coordination with :
• Centre Head,
• Counsellors
• Warden
• To ensure all people working under his/her are working as per stipulated guidelines
• Inspiring, building and managing the team effectively to bring accountability to the team and providing support to all stakeholders.

Operations Management

• Attendance of candidates and trainers
• To track attendance of students on a regular basis and to track missing students through counsellor
• Overall training quality and development of mechanism for collecting trainers feedback from candidates
• Organising Industry Expert Lectures/Motivational Lectures/PTM on regular basis
• Periodic surveys on student’s satisfaction and dis-satisfaction
• Establish a relationship of trust and respect with the candidates and their family members
• Actively listen to their concerns, be extremely sensitive and empathise with their issues
• Any issues, students may be facing at centre regarding:
• Stay arrangements
• Understanding the course contents
• Any sort of harassment
• Food related
• General motivation
• Facilitate Implementation of retention plan for students through counsellor
• Grievance redressal of students
• Facilitate tie up for “Doctor on Call”
• Once trained, counsel them prior to sending them for interviews, OJT, Placements regarding: -
• Any query on interviews, OJT and Placements
• Location related
• Motivation related
• Any family issues
