About this role
- Support the planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution of digital, data, and AI-related projects across assigned workstreams.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, milestone logs, and task lists to ensure accurate progress visibility.
- Follow up with internal teams and stakeholders on open actions, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee project execution tracking in Jira, including sprint coordination, backlog visibility, status accuracy, and workstream progress monitoring.
- Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items through closure.
- Assist with weekly status updates, follow-up emails, stakeholder communications, and progress summaries.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and management updates.
- Coordinate with business, technical, and design teams to ensure requirements, dependencies, and deliverables are tracked appropriately.
- Assist in organizing project documentation and ensure records, trackers, and shared files remain current and structured.
- Support resource tracking, and general project administration activities.
- Escalate risks, blockers, or delays to the project manager in a timely manner.
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, delivery coordination, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of the project lifecycle and basic software delivery processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in following up with stakeholders.
- Awareness of AI-assisted tools and their role in modern delivery workflows - including the use of AI tools for documentation, meeting summaries, reporting assistance, or task tracking.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with Jira for project tracking and task management.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Exposure to digital, data, analytics, or AI-related projects is an advantage.
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms is an advantage - sufficient to interpret dashboard outputs and support reporting tasks.
