Project Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and documentation.
• Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Organize project meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Monitor project progress and highlight delays, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Maintain project reports, status updates, and dashboards.
• Assist with resource planning, procurement, and budget tracking.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Support the Project Manager in resolving project-related issues.
• Track changes, approvals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects follow organizational processes and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
