As a project coordinator need to prepare tender documents, tender related documentation, cost workout with quote and bill of quantities, coordinate with technical team at site, coordinate with vendors, material planning, project schedules, understanding the CADD layouts, Emailing, Quote preparation, Filing, Scheduling the works, Assisting the Superiors or Managers
Conducting meetings with technical team and consultant or with department. Dealing with site expense and tracking the cost sheet, payroll for labors, raising bills and monitoring the work progress, till the completion of project, AMC Coordination, After sales warranty supports and service
