Project Coordinator

We are currently hiring for a PMO / Project Coordinator role with VLink India Pvt Ltd, supporting our client Marico.

Location: RS Office, Marico Rang Sharda, Bandra West, Mumbai

Please find the requirements below:

• 4+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or Project Management
• MBA is mandatory
• Experience coordinating and managing multiple projects across R&D and Manufacturing functions
• Strong understanding of R&D project environments and manufacturing-related project coordination
• Hands-on experience tracking project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items
• Experience preparing project status reports, MIS reports, dashboards, and governance updates
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and client/business stakeholders
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience facilitating communication between R&D, Manufacturing, Business, and other functional teams
• Ability to proactively identify project issues, follow up on blockers, and drive timely issue resolution
• Good understanding of Agile Project Management and project delivery practices
• Experience supporting project governance, review meetings, and PMO processes
• Strong coordination, organizational, analytical, and reporting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within R&D environments and across multiple stakeholders
