Project Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Manage complete execution of new De Roma outletsfrom site handover to store opening.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and franchise partners.
• Supervise civil, electrical, plumbing, interior, branding and signage work.
• Prepare project timelines, BOQs and cost estimates.
• Control project quality, costs and completion deadlines.
• Conduct site visits and submit regular progress reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong project management, vendor negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in multiple retail-store rollouts preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and project reporting.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
