Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support project planning, coordination, tracking, documentation, and reporting. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, customers, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and as per agreed requirements.

Role

• Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Maintain project trackers and ensure timely updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
• Monitor project progress and highlight delays, risks, and dependencies.
• Schedule project meetings and prepare MoM (Minutes of Meeting).
• Follow up with team members on pending activities and action items.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, reports, and records.
• Coordinate resource allocation and project requirements.
• Assist in preparing project presentations and management reports..
• Ensure timely submission of project deliverables and reports to customers.
• Escalate critical issues and delays to the Project Manager.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
