    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, and compliance with approved project requirements.
    • Support snagging, defect closure, testing and commissioning coordination, and final project handover.
    • Maintain project records, meeting minutes, trackers, progress updates, and site documentation.
    • Ensure the completed project meets required design, quality, technical, and client expectations.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 6–7 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management, PMC, architecture, construction management, or site execution.
    • Strong experience in corporate office interiors, workplace fit-outs, or commercial interior projects.
    • Architecture background by education is preferred.

    • Practical understanding of coordination between Architecture/Interiors, MEP, IT, AV, lighting, furniture, and other specialist disciplines.
    • Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, project managers, and client/site teams.
    • Ability to read and understand architectural, interior, and technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
    • Good understanding of project schedules, site sequencing, quality requirements, and project delivery processes.
    • Strong follow-up, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive issues through to closure.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, site-based project environment.

    Software Skills

    • AutoCAD
    • Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
    • MS Project or similar project management tools
    • Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
