Key Responsibilities
- Lead design planning, coordination, and consultant management across projects.
- Monitor design progress, risks, approvals, and project milestones.
- Drive design excellence, buildability, value engineering, and constructability.
- Coordinate with QS, Planning, Projects, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor Assistant Managers and Design Coordinators.
Ideal Candidate
- Qualification: B.Arch / BE Civil; Construction Management postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Experience: 7-12 years in design management and coordination.
