Project Coordinator

Job Purpose:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring multiple projects to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards. The role will oversee day-to-day project coordination, team performance, execution, and maintenance to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency, quality, service, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and ensure execution as per plan.
• Allocate tasks to team members based on skills and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and take corrective actions.
• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
• Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate effectively with team members, clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Lead, motivate, and guide the project team to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards.
• Prepare and share regular project status reports with stakeholders.
• Maintain proper project documentation and records.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination/management.
• Experience in safety and security systems or construction projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations.
