- Should be an engineering graduate from any domain
- Strong written and oral communication in English Tamil
- Must have customer handling experience in any domain
- Adequate knowledge about web design development
- Technical knowledge on basics of the following: HTML, WordPress, Websites, PHP, Web/Mobile applications
- Experience using Google Docs, Sheets and CRM
- Any previous experience in handling the teams diverse in different location will be an advantage
