Project Coordinator – Water Supply Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor multiple water supply projects and project activities.
• Coordinate with project/site teams, clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution.
• Track project progress, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and consolidate daily/weekly/monthly MIS and progress reports.
• Review project requirements, drawings, BOQ, schedules, and execution updates.
• Monitor material, manpower, billing, and project-related requirements.
• Identify project delays/issues and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and management reports.
• Support planning, review meetings, and project performance monitoring.

Requirements

• 5–15 years of experience in Project Coordination/Project Management.
• Strong experience in Water Supply / Pipeline / Water Infrastructure Projects.
• Experience with Construction / Infrastructure / EPC companies preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, MIS, BOQ, and project documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel to project locations across India as required.
