Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator – Civil Engineer to manage the refurbishment and development activities of Anganwadi Centres.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate civil repair, painting, flooring, electrical work, furniture restoration and other refurbishment activities.
• Conduct site visits and monitor contractors, vendors and service providers.
• Prepare estimates, BOQs, need assessments and project reports.
• Coordinate with government authorities for required permissions and approvals.
• Manage project timelines, quality and safety at project sites.
• Organize training and capacity-building activities for Anganwadi and ASHA workers.
• Coordinate community engagement and employee volunteering activities.
• Track project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, trainers, vendors and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in civil/project coordination.
• Experience in NGO/CSR/community development projects will be preferred.
• Knowledge of civil repair, refurbishment, construction and site supervision.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, estimation and DPR preparation.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Kannada and English is required.
