Project Coordinator II Tele Law II Travel

1. State-Level Coordination and Operations

• Act as the single point of contact for Tele-Law and Travel services across Rajasthan.
• Coordinate with state and district teams, VLEs, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor day-to-day service delivery and ensure adherence to defined operational guidelines.
• Address operational challenges and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.

2. Tele-Law Service Management

• Coordinate with legal service providers, panel lawyers, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate Tele-Law services through the CSC network.
• Monitor the scheduling and delivery of legal consultations and follow up on pending cases.
• Support awareness and outreach activities to increase the adoption of Tele-Law services.
• Track service utilization, identify operational gaps, and facilitate corrective actions.

3. Travel Services Management

• Coordinate with travel service providers and internal teams to ensure effective delivery of travel-related services through CSCs.
• Monitor bookings, service requests, cancellations, refunds, and customer grievances, wherever applicable.
• Support VLEs in resolving service-related issues and improving customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve service adoption and operational performance across the state.

4. Performance Monitoring and MIS Reporting

• Track state-level performance, transaction volumes, service utilization, and revenue-related metrics for both verticals.
• Prepare and submit regular MIS reports, performance dashboards, and progress updates to the reporting manager.
• Analyse performance trends and recommend measures to improve service delivery and business growth.
• Follow up with district teams on targets, pending issues, and operational deliverables.

5. Stakeholder Management and Grievance Redressal

• Serve as the primary coordination point between the state team, CSC headquarters, district teams, VLEs, and external partners.
• Monitor grievances and ensure timely resolution through the appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure compliance with service standards and timelines.
• Support training, capacity-building, and communication initiatives for field teams and VLEs.

6. Business Development and Service Adoption

• Identify opportunities to increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of Tele-Law and Travel services across Rajasthan.
