Project Coordinator (Fresher)

Job Summary

We are looking for a fresher Project Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and confident in handling day-to-day project coordination activities. You will support internal teams and ensure smooth project execution through proper follow-ups, task tracking, and communication.

Key Requirements

• Fresher / 0-6 months experience (Internship is a plus)
• Basic understanding of Shopify projects and technical workflows (preferred)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to track tasks, timelines, and follow-ups
• Willingness to learn and work closely with development teams
• Responsible and proactive attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between internal teams (Shopify/Development/QA) and management
• Track project tasks, timelines, and daily progress
• Prepare daily/weekly updates and documentation
• Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication
• Support project planning and assist in issue resolution
• Maintain project updates in PMS / task management tools
