Refex Group is looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Coordinator to support a High-End Residential Project in Chennai.

Location: Chennai
Experience: 7–10 Years
Education: Diploma / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
Reporting To: Project Manager / Project Head
Role: Office-based Project Coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager, architects, consultants, contractors and vendors on project requirements.
  • Maintain project trackers and follow up on pending actions, deliverables and milestones.
  • Track project progress and escalate delays or critical issues to the Project Manager.
  • Manage and maintain drawings, GFC/shop drawings, specifications and approvals.
  • Track drawing revisions and ensure the latest approved drawings are circulated.
  • Follow up on pending drawings and documents from consultants, architects and vendors.
  • Support overall project documentation, coordination and timely closure of activities.
