Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amritsar for a Civil Project Coordinator specializing in hotel projects. The Civil Project Coordinator will oversee project execution, monitor schedules, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. The role includes coordinating with contractors, vendors, and teams, preparing project reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines. The individual will actively support the timely and efficient completion of civil and structural works for assigned projects.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills including scheduling, progress tracking, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality control, and compliance requirements in construction.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective stakeholder and team interaction.
- Ability to oversee large-scale projects with strict attention to detail and timelines.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BTech) or related discipline required.
- Prior experience in hotel construction or similar projects preferred.
