About this role
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Scheduling using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Project Risk Assessment & Mitigation Planning.
- Cost Estimation, Budgeting & Cost Control (CAPEX/OPEX).
- Schedule Monitoring, Critical Path Analysis & Earned Value Analysis (EVA).
- KPI Dashboards, Project Performance Reporting & Analytics.
- Coordination with Engineering, Procurement, Finance & Execution Teams.
- Compliance with Utility & Regulatory Standards (CEA, CERC).
Requirements:
- 5-9 years of experience in Power Utility / EPC / T& D / Power Generation Projects.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 MS Project & Advanced Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Project Controls, Cost Management & Risk Management.
- Experience in Cost Variance Analysis & Schedule Management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
