Project Controller

• Monitor and control 3 to 5 projects simultaneously from Head Office.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones and key deliverables.
• Track planned vs. actual progress and identify delays/slippages.
• Monitor project budgets, actual costs, commitments and cost forecasts.
• Conduct cost and schedule variance analysis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly Project MIS and Management Reports.
• Develop management dashboards showing project-wise Progress, Cost, Schedule, Risks and Key Issues.
• Consolidate project information received from different project sites.
• Identify critical issues, delays and potential cost overruns and highlight them to management.
• Maintain project risk and issue registers and monitor corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Planning, Finance, Procurement, Contracts and Site Teams.
• Ensure timely submission of project reports and required data from project teams.
• Monitor cash flow, billing, collections and major project commitments where required.
• Support Project Managers in developing recovery plans for delayed projects.
• Establish and maintain standard project control formats, KPIs and reporting systems at HO.
• Provide management with clear analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.Role & responsibilities
