Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves managing and overseeing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating activities within a globally distributed delivery environment, ensuring smooth execution from initiation through completion. The practitioner actively monitors progress, aligns resources, and collaborates with various stakeholders to maintain project timelines and deliverables, fostering effective communication and problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support project transparency and decision-making.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet project requirements.
- Ability to analyze and optimize workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
