As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves managing and overseeing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating various activities to ensure smooth execution within a globally distributed delivery framework. The practitioner actively monitors project progress, collaborates with multiple stakeholders, and ensures alignment with overall project objectives while adapting to dynamic project environments and timelines.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met effectively.

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support project transparency and decision-making.

Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to support project success.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Financial Processes.

Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and support project budgeting and forecasting.

Experience in managing financial documentation and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams to align financial activities with project goals.

Familiarity with financial reporting tools and software to enhance project control efficiency.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Processes.

This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
