Project Control & Planning Lead

Role Summary

Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controls for large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective cost management, and accurate project reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, baselines, and recovery plans.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, milestones, and critical paths.
• Prepare project control reports, dashboards, and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Conduct schedule, risk, and delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Support cost control, change management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with project controls procedures and reporting requirements.

Key Skills

• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and project controls.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and reporting tools.
• Experience in cost control, risk management, and earned value analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience on large commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
