Project Control / Planner

What You'll Do

- Develop and maintain integrated engineering schedules for energy sector projects using Primavera P6.

- Establish Work Breakdown Structures, milestones, dependencies, and deliverable schedules across multidisciplinary teams.

- Monitor progress against approved baselines and identify schedule deviations and risks early.

- Perform critical path analysis and support project managers in recovery planning and schedule optimisation.

- Analyse the impact of scope changes, design revisions, and client comments on project timelines.

- Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports, management dashboards, and progress presentations.

- Support resource planning, workload forecasting, and project performance measurement activities.

What You Bring

- Minimum 7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6.

- Proven track record in engineering consultancy, owner's engineer, or project management consultancy roles.

- Exposure to renewable energy (solar, wind, BESS), transmission and distribution, substations, and grid infrastructure projects.

- Strong command of Critical Path Method, schedule risk analysis, and progress measurement techniques.

- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and forecasting.

- Experience tracking engineering deliverables including drawings, calculations, specifications, and tender documents.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently across multidisciplinary teams.

Location

Gurugram, Haryana, India On Site, with frequent travel to project sites across India and internationally as required.
