Project Control Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, cost controls, and estimates.
• Prepare progress reports, variation analysis, and mitigation plans for management.
• Monitor project performance, costs, productivity, resources, and timelines.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and change controls.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, scope, and budget.
• Support Senior Project Personnel in all Project Controls activities.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure effective document control.
• Coordinate Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) activities.
• Identify project risks, analyze issues, and develop corrective/mitigation plans.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in Project Controls, preferably with site project exposure.
• Experience handling projects with an investment/value of 10 Crores or above.
• Strong knowledge of Project Scheduling, Cost Control, Cost Estimation & Progress Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) cycles.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Project Control Software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of construction practices, procurement, and vendor management.
• Experience with Owner/Client organizations or Engineering Companies preferred.
