Job Summary
The opportunity: Project Consultant - National - PAS WKFA - PC - Workforce Advisory - New Delhi.
National comprises sector-agnostic teams working across industries for a well-rounded experience.
Responsibilities - Sound understanding of Human Resources and Talent Management domains, including Organization design and workforce planning.
- Talent acquisition, learning & development, and performance management.
- Compensation & benefits and rewards strategies.
- HR operating model and HR transformation initiatives.
- Ability to support end-to-end consulting projects, including data collection, diagnostics, and analysis.
- Process mapping and future-state design.
- Preparation of client-ready presentations, reports, and insights.
- Experience applying analytical tools and frameworks (e.g., workforce analytics, engagement surveys, competency frameworks).
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel for storytelling, analysis, and executive communication.
- Exposure to HR technologies or digital HR solutions (e.g., HRMS, talent platforms, analytics tools) is an advantage.
- Adherence to consulting quality standards, timelines, and documentation practices.
