Project Co-Ordinator

Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery. The role involves coordinating between cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Development, QA, Design, Product, and Sales) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
- Monitor task progress and follow up on pending actions.
- Prepare status reports and share regular updates with stakeholders.
- Support risk identification and issue tracking.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, reviews, and client calls.
- Ensure adherence to project processes, standards, and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 12 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project coordination and delivery processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Skills :
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in IT / software services environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Educational Qualification :
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (Project Management / IT preferred).
