Role & responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end project execution and delivery within the assigned telecom circle, ensuring timely completion, customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, quality, and achievement of project targets.

• Lead end-to-end telecom project planning, implementation, monitoring, and delivery within the assigned circle.
• Manage project teams, resources, budgets, timelines, and operational performance.
• Drive project execution.
• Manage customer relationships, conduct project reviews, and resolve escalations.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, procurement, finance, and other internal ms to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project costs, profitability, billing, and payment collection.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies.
• Identify project risks, implement corrective actions, and provide regular progress updates to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15/20 years of relevant experience in telecom project management, preferably with a telecom OEM.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale telecom deployment projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of telecom network implementation, project governance, and customer management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
