Project Billing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage project billing process from order to cash, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure orders are processed correctly and efficiently.
• Prepare and send out invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and other financial documents on time.
• Maintain accurate records of customer payments, credits, and debts.
• Collaborate with finance department to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Project Billing role (O2C) in IT Services & Consulting industry.
• B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required; relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP/Microsoft Dynamics AX/NAV an added advantage.
