Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Billing Manager with strong knowledge of project billing, estimation, quantity measurement, and billing documentation. The ideal candidate should have mandatory experience in real estate/construction projects and be capable of handling project billing from preparation to final submission.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project bills as per work progress.
• Verify measurements, quantities, and bills submitted by contractors.
• Prepare RA bills, final bills, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with project, site, accounts, and execution teams.
• Check BOQs, work orders, and billing quantities.
• Monitor project costs and billing status.
• Review contractor bills and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain proper billing records and documentation.
• Ensure timely submission and processing of project bills.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants regarding billing matters.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
• Around 10 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate / Construction project experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of project billing, BOQ, measurements, and quantity estimation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
• Strong coordination and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of billing documentation and processes.
