Project Automation Engineer

Job description:

Position: Project Engineer (Automation & Instrumentation)

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Understanding P&ID/Machine layout/ Electrical Drawing

2. Powder handling machine Installation & Commissioning Exp.

3. Electrical/PLC panel wiring/ Troubleshooting

4. PLC Programming Knowledge

5. Development of HMI/SCADA Screens,

6. HMI/SCADA Programming Exp.

7. AB/Mitsubishi/Siemens PLC Handling Exp.

8. Pneumatic function awareness

9. Servo/Stepper/Induction Motors Handling Exp.

10. Computer Software & Hardware Knowledge

11. Can support/understand Mechanical activities.

12. Can handle Project independently.

13. written and verbal communication

14. Assumes the primary technical relationship with the customer.

15. Collaborate with clients in pre and post sales to provide technical support.

16. Project Documentation as per DQ/IQ/OQ/FAT/SAT

17. Computer system validation for Pharma/Chem Sector

18. Prefer candidate from process equipment /sheet metal industries

Experience: 5 to 10 Years
