    Requirements

    • Possess a Bachelor/Master degree in Geography, Real Estate, Urban Studies, Urban Planning, or related discipline;
    • Proficiency in GIS is necessary;
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
    • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in land administration project;
    • Assist in handling planning applications and land matters;
