Role Summary:

A Project Engineer for Personal Properties (or similar residential/light commercial, high-value asset projects) manages the planning, design, and execution of construction or improvement projects. Key

responsibilities include coordinating on-site work, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with building codes/standards, and acting as a technical liaison between owners, contractors, and design teams.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Oversight: Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for property improvements.

• Technical Coordination: Interpreting technical drawings and specs, coordinating with contractors, and managing on-site activities.

• Quality & Compliance: Ensuring all work meets safety standards, building codes, and client specifications.

• Budget & Resource Management: Tracking costs, procuring materials, and optimizing resources to stay within budget.

• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project progress to owners and key stakeholders, address project-related concerns, and manage changes effectively to ensure smooth project execution.

Skills

Delivering projects on schedule and under budget.

Qualification & Experience

Experience: 2-6 years proven experience in construction or project management, ideally with residential or high-end properties

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software (e.g., MS Project) and knowledge of structural/mechanical systems .

• Education: BTech (mandatory) or Construction Management.
