Project Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and project objectives.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Develop conceptual and detailed building designs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the architectural, construction, and healthcare sectors.
• Travel extensively to meet prospective clients, architects, consultants, contractors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
• Generate leads and convert them into architectural, healthcare, interior fit-out, and turnkey project opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, developers, and healthcare decision-makers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and construction practices.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• B. Arch with strong communication, networking, and business development skills
