Project Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings in line with project specifications and data centre requirements
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, BIM, and vendor teams to ensure integrated design delivery
• Support site teams by providing clarifications, design modifications, and technical inputs during construction
• Ensure compliance with international data centre standards, building codes, and client specifications
• Participate in design review meetings and resolve interdisciplinary clashes (BIM coordination)
• Monitor design changes and maintain proper revision control and documentation
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely design submissions aligned with construction schedules
• Review materials, finishes, and architectural elements suitable for critical infrastructure (data centres / high rise buildings )
• Assist in value engineering initiatives without compromising functionality or compliance
• Support vendor drawings approval and ensure alignment with approved design

Experience Requirements

• B.Arch with 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and execution.
• Prior experience in data center/high-rise projects/commercial projects is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit; experience in large-scale or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Exposure to large-scale construction projects with site coordination experience
