Project and Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage project sales activities from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in Project & Sales Management or related field.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation products/services industry; knowledge of PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic) an asset.
