Responsibilities:
- Coordinate special project operations. Preparing reports, presentations, and data
- Organizing documents and reports, and tracking progress.
- Coordinate and communicate with different departments and project stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication channels.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement solutions.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management. Manage project resources and ensure all resources are used efficiently.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals.
- Provide administrative support to Senior Management as needed.
- Meeting preparation and follow-up: prepare agendas for leadership meetings, take minutes and ensure follow-up and action items.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a project administrator or similar role. ,
- Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and think critically in dynamic environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail.
